Vercel processes the form request; Resend stores the contact, signup source and consent version, and sends these emails. Do not submit health information. Booking and hosted-agent setup are not available through this form.
Each welcome email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops early-access updates; we retain the address and its opt-out preference so it is not added back automatically. We do not sell the signup list. This signup does not create a HealthOS agent or upload a health record.
Any future handling of health information will be documented separately from marketing contact data, including authorization for external processing.
Lawful bases, international transfers, security measures, children’s access, jurisdiction-specific rights, revision dates and complaint routes will be completed and professionally reviewed before launch.
